MORE TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Unused tickets may be returned at least one working day before the performance as a tax-deductible contribution. Programming is subject to change without notice.

If you are unable to attend due to health concerns, you are able to exchange this ticket for a live stream access code up to 24 hours prior to the concert by emailing rebecca@wyomingsymphony.org.

Patrons must sit in their ticketed seat. The WSO reserves the right to change seating assignments if necessary in order to maintain socially distanced seating within the concert hall.

In the event that the Natrona County School District or the Wyoming Department of Health deems that in-person concerts are not advisable due to COVID-19 safety concerns, this ticket will automatically be converted to live stream access.

In event of a complete cancellation, there are no ticket exchanges or refunds.

We are working with the Natrona County School District and the Wyoming Department of Health to ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed, however, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather that cannot be eliminated.

You voluntarily assume and accept any and all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19.  You - for yourself and your heirs, executors, and subrogates - further voluntarily waive, release and indemnify the Wyoming Symphony Orchestra and its affiliates from all claims and potential claims arising from, relating to, or in any way connected with such risks.
