Concert start 7:30pm

The final concert closes the year in full force with the largest orchestra of the season. After energizing the concert hall with Rimsky-Korsakov’s Procession of the Nobles, we will revisit Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition from our cancelled April 2020 concert. Pictures at an Exhibition is based on a series of paintings, and Ravel’s arrangement is full of orchestral color. The WSO’s Young Artist Competition will also see its long awaited return, giving Wyoming high school and college students the opportunity to perform a concerto on stage with the WSO. This program fosters young talent, and celebrates our rich musical landscape here in Wyoming. The celebration of our artistic future will be a fitting conclusion to this exciting season.
